  • Audit of systems already in place and advice on changes
  • Training managers and employees or setting up training programmes for you to deliver
  • Advice on basic health and safety legislation to be covered when employees join you.
  • Interviewing staff with you
  • Running assessment centres for new or existing staff

The Cranborne Personnel Support Service House is led by Shirley Hurdle, who has more than 20 years experience in personnel and training, both in the public and private sectors. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and a qualified assessor.
